Week 1: Media Day Assessment
Professional team photos, individual player assessments, and pre-draft skill evaluation workouts. Team assignments announced post-draft.
Weeks 2 to -9: Regular Season
Eight weeks of competitive league play with 2 x 22-minute halves per game. Teams compete for playoff positioning and championship opportunities.
Weeks 10 to -11: Championship Playoffs
Intense playoff competition culminating in championship games. Winners receive official championship rings and league recognition.

When and where are the games held?
Burlington games at B-Town Courts and Oakville games at Shoot 360. Winter League runs Jan 11 – Mar 22, 2026 (11 weeks total). Game times vary by age division – contact our coaches for your division’s schedule.
Do I need basketball experience to join?
No experience necessary! All skill levels welcome from complete beginners to advanced players. Our high-level coaches provide skill development for Little League (5-8), Big League (9-13), and Major League (14-17).
